Surgical Recovery Solutions works in partnership with physicians to provide patients with rehabilitation home care therapy after surgery or trauma. We use state of the art, non-invasive, thermoelectric iceless cold compression devices to control pain and swelling after surgery or trauma.
Our thermoelectric iceless machines minimum cooling temperature is 43F (6.1C) which is ideal for healing and when used as prescribed eliminates the threat of frostbite typically associated with ice based therapy.
Our devices also have the ability to help prevent Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT). DVT is the formation of a blood clot within a deep vein predominantly in the leg or foot. DVT prevention therapy typically uses a stocking or foot wrap and pneumatic compression to reduce DVT risk.
